Searchable run history and store translations

Workflow run history now has search and filtering, and store redemption methods display in each trader's own language.

01 ·Search and filter your workflow run history

The run-history table for both Data Workflows and Custom Workflows has more controls. You can now search by workflow name, workflow ID, or run identifier, filter the list by status and by date range, and show or hide individual columns. A refresh button reloads the table in place without navigating away, and the list now pages and filters on the server, so history stays fast no matter how many times a workflow has run.

Each row in the table now shows the workflow name alongside the run record, so you can scan history across multiple workflows at once. Here are the fields you can search or filter on:

  • Workflow name
  • Workflow ID
  • Run identifier
  • Status (for example: completed, failed, in progress)
  • Start time and end time
  • Created date and last updated date
Why it matters

When a sync fails or an automation stalls, you do not have to page through a workflow's full run history to find it. One search, or a filter on status and date, narrows the list to the run you need to look at.

02 ·Store redemption methods in the trader's own language

Custom redemption methods and their associated conditions in the store now display in each trader's chosen language. The method names, eligibility conditions, and physical delivery confirmation text are all translated, so a trader who uses the client portal in another language sees the full redemption flow in that language.

Why it matters

A trader only chases a reward they understand. When the redemption options and their conditions read in the trader's own language, they can see what their coins buy and what it takes to qualify, so the earn-and-spend loop stays clear for everyone in the community from one store setup.

Improvement

Referral invite links in the trader portal can now use a custom link set in the admin panel, and that link fills in each trader's own referral values, so every invite carries your branded URL with the right details for that trader.

Under the hood

Shared workflow logic across the platform's processing services is now consolidated into one place, so a change to common behaviour happens once while each service keeps its own pipeline and configuration.
