Group channels in one embedded widget
A new Channel Group Widget lets you surface multiple community channels as one embedded block in your client portal.
01 ·Present multiple channels as one embedded widget
A new Channel Group Widget type is now available in the widget builder. You select the channels you want, group them together, and publish one widget block that holds them all, so each channel no longer needs its own embed in your client portal. Traders see a single, organized view, and you manage it all from one configuration. You can also drag the selected channels into the order you want them shown.
You create it as a new custom widget type and set it up the way you would any other custom widget.
A community holds traders when its channels are easy to find in one spot. Grouping several channels into a single widget gives traders one place to follow the conversation in your portal, so the community content stays in front of them, and you manage the whole block from one setup.
@all role mentions in a channel now send a push notification to traders on the mobile app, so broadcast announcements reach mobile devices.
