Chart annotation fixes

Three chart annotation bugs resolved: blank screen on analysis setup, missing hover highlights on price objects, and missing names on linked price labels.

We fixed three issues with chart price annotations. First, a blank screen could appear when a trader created an analysis, set a type preference, and then selected an entry point; the chart now loads through that sequence. Second, hovering over a price note or price label in the object tree did not highlight the corresponding annotation on the chart itself; the highlight now fires on hover. Third, when a price note or price label was chosen as a linked object, its name was missing from the selection modal; the name now shows.
