Raffle webhooks, and chat rewards scored by message quality

Raffle results can go out as custom webhooks, an AI score can scale the XP a chat message earns, and milestone setting changes appear in the audit log.

01 ·Raffle results as custom webhooks

Custom webhooks have a Raffles type with two events. Raffle Run Ended sends once each time a run ends, so a recurring raffle sends once per completed run. Community Goal Prize Claimed sends when a winner's prize claim is fulfilled, whether the winner or an admin completes it. The admin picks which raffles can send and, for prize claims, which prizes.

The request body can carry the raffle, run, prize and winner details the admin chooses, and each request holds one event. Raffle webhooks set up the older way keep sending as they are configured.

Why it matters

Raffle results reach a broker's CRM or messaging tool as they happen, so the team can contact a client whose prize was just fulfilled. The setup is the same one milestones and streaks use.

02 ·Chat rewards scaled by message quality

Message Quality Score, a new setting under XP & Currencies, is off by default. When an admin switches it on, an AI model scores each text chat message that earns XP from 0 to 5, and the score sets a multiplier on the XP and coins that message earns. The defaults run from -1 for scams and junk, through 0 for friendly chat, to 1.2 for high-value posts, and an admin can change each one between -5 and 5.

  • Shadow mode, the starting point, records scores and leaves rewards as they are. Live mode applies them, and a deduction never takes a balance below 0.
  • It covers every channel or only the ones the admin selects.
  • A low score the model is less than 50% sure of counts as neutral. By default, a message the model cannot score earns as usual.
  • In Live mode, a message scored 0 to 2 does not count toward missions or badges that count messages.

Why it matters

Chat XP can pay more for the messages a broker wants in its community and less, or nothing, for spam. Shadow mode lets the team check the scores against real chat before any client's balance changes.

03 ·Milestone settings in the Security Audit Log

The Security Audit Log has a Milestone Settings category. Each saved change to milestone groups, stages, conditions, rewards, permissions, appearance, the embedded widget or milestone reminders writes one entry with the old and new value. Cancelled and failed saves write nothing, and an entry keeps a group's or stage's name after it is renamed or deleted.

Why it matters

If a client asks why a milestone's condition or reward changed, the broker's team can check when it changed and what it was before.
