Milestone reminder emails, and banners for each language
Milestone reminders email clients the stages they have left, the Email Log shows what each client received, and widget banners can change by language.
01 ·Reminder emails for unfinished milestones
Milestone settings have a Reminder Emails switch, off by default. An admin creates a reminder, sets its delay in days, hours and minutes, and picks the milestone groups or stages it covers, with each stage in one reminder at most. When a client completes a covered stage and the group still has stages left, the reminder goes out once the delay passes. Each covered stage a client completes restarts the wait, and finishing the group cancels it, so a client has at most one reminder waiting per group.
The email uses a Milestone Reminder template that fills in the group, the last stage completed and the stages still open. An admin can edit the subject, the text around those details and the button link. Stage completion emails still go out straight away.
A client who stops partway through a milestone group gets an email about the stages left, after a delay the broker sets. The wait restarts with each covered stage, so the email goes to clients who have stopped.
02 ·The email each client received, in the Email Log
View email in the Email Log opens the message one recipient received: sender, recipient, time sent, subject and the body with that client's own details filled in. The saved copy stays as sent if the template is edited or deleted later. The community owner and admins with Email Log access can open it, and emails sent before this build show that their content is unavailable.
When a client questions an email, support can open the exact message that client got.
03 ·A banner for each language in three widgets
The Milestones, Earning Overview and Store widgets can show a different banner for each language. An admin switches this on and uploads a banner per language, and clients whose language has none see the default banner. With dark and light banners on, each language takes one of each. An embedded widget takes the language from the page's language setting, then the page address, then the browser.
A broker serving several regions can show each region's clients a banner in their own language from one widget.
04 ·ISO country codes as a built-in user field
ISO Country Code is a new built-in user field that holds a client's two-letter ISO 3166 code, such as SG or GB. It is in the user list and its filters, CSV import and bulk update, and the API that creates, updates and looks up users. A write can send the country, the code or both: the platform fills in the missing one and rejects a pair that does not match. The existing Country Code field, the phone prefix, is unchanged, and existing clients get an ISO code the next time their country is written.
Client records can match a broker's CRM and reporting on the standard two-letter code.
05 ·XP and coin history in Gamification webhook batches
A Gamification webhook in Batch mode can include each client's XP and coin history. An admin inserts a history loop into the JSON template, and each entry can carry the action, the operation (add, subtract or overwrite), the value and the time. A large batch is split between clients, and each client's history arrives whole in one request. Delivery History lists the history event IDs a delivery carried.
A broker's CRM or data warehouse can record each change to a client's XP and coins as its own entry, with an ID to check it against.
From this build, Purchase History keeps the name of a product, and the code of a voucher, after it is deleted from the store, marked (Deleted).
