Operators can now limit Trustpilot review milestone completions by day, week, or month, and traders see a live availability count.

When the Trustpilot review milestone is active, you can now switch on a participation cap and set a maximum number of completions per day, week, or month. Once the cap is on, the milestone card in the client portal shows traders the remaining slots and a timestamp for when the count was last refreshed. The count turns amber when only three slots remain, and the apply button disables once traders hit the limit for the period.
The slot is reserved for a trader the moment they click Apply, and confirmed once they complete the Trustpilot form. Returning traders who started a review can resume at the same URL, so a broken or regenerated link never costs them their review attempt.
A review milestone turns your most active traders into public proof on Trustpilot. The cap lets you pace it: reward a steady flow of reviews across the period you choose, so your rating climbs at a believable pace while your reward spend stays under control.
Appearance Settings now run fully on the main Returning.AI platform. This finishes the move of community branding, theme, and bot configuration off the legacy system.
