Quizzes launch

Quizzes are now live in Mini Games. Admins build scored or unscored quizzes with full question authoring, and traders take them in the client portal.

01 ·Build and publish quizzes from Mini Games

Quizzes are a new activity type under Mini Games. From the admin panel you create a quiz and choose between two modes. Universal mode is unscored, where back navigation, question skipping, and view permissions are each set per quiz. Knowledge mode adds scoring: each question carries a points value, a passing mark sets the threshold (50% by default), and answer feedback runs in one of three ways (score only, marked at the end, or marked after each question), with an optional reveal of the correct answers. A knowledge-mode quiz cannot be saved until every question has its correct answer marked, and the editor flags any question still missing one.

The question editor supports single-select and multi-select questions, and both questions and their answer options can be reordered. Each question takes rich text and an optional image. The start and end screens are configured separately, each with its own title, description, and button labels, and the start screen takes an optional image. A quiz stays a draft until published, republishing a live one takes a confirmation step, and once published it appears on the Mini Games admin page as Active or Inactive. Each quiz also sets how many attempts a trader gets, one by default, and whether a progress indicator shows while the trader moves through it.

Why it matters

Quizzes add a gamified activity traders complete on their own schedule, which fits the earn-and-spend loop without tying a reward to a live event or a leaderboard. Knowledge mode pairs with product education or market-awareness goals; Universal mode suits polls, surveys, or open competitions.

02 ·What traders see

Traders get a Quizzes tab on the Mini Games page in the client portal, where each quiz card shows its attempt count and status. Opening a quiz launches a modal that takes the trader through a start screen, the questions, and an end screen, with back and skip buttons appearing only when the admin enabled them. With mark-after-each-question feedback, the trader sees whether an answer was right before moving on, and earlier answers stay visible when going back. Skipped questions have to be filled in before submitting. In Knowledge mode the end screen shows the score and a pass or fail result, plus a way to review every question from any past attempt. When more than one attempt is allowed, the end screen offers a re-attempt button and shows how many attempts remain.

Why it matters

Traders complete a quiz whenever they want, with no live session or outside tool needed. The attempt history and review screen give them something to come back to, so the activity keeps its value past the first sitting.
