The referral redesign starts here
The redesigned referral system's groundwork lands: third-party tracking, a rebuilt trader page, and a Referral Log. Spin the Wheel gains custom win fields.
01 ·Referral redesign foundation
The redesigned referral system starts here, replacing the previous referral conditions model. The trader-facing referral page is rebuilt around a two-column layout. The left side carries the invite link and a new Referral Activities panel, showing coins and XP earned from referrals, a count of referees by status (total, in progress, completed), and every program in admin-configured order, each expandable to its stages, rewards, and conditions. The right side has two tabs: Overview shows each referee's progress across all programs as percentage bars with expandable rows for stage detail, and Progress shows condition-level status for a selected program.
Third-party tracking adds a Custom Referral Link toggle to the admin referral settings. With it on, admins build a URL template with a trackable referral ID placeholder and map that placeholder to the platform's User ID or a custom field. The Create User API gains a referral parameter, so when a trader signs up through that link the parameter carries their referrer's ID and the platform credits the referrer. Condition labels can be set per group or per condition, so the conditions a referee sees read in plain language.
A Referral Log appears under the Logs section of the admin panel. It records three event types: a user referred, a referee clearing a referral stage, and a referee completing a program. Each entry shows the referrer's email, the referred user, the action and its detail, XP and coins awarded, and the date and time.
This build is the groundwork for the redesigned referral system; the admin configuration panel, page layout adjustments, and widget come in later builds. For brokers running acquisition programs, the third-party tracking and the Referral Log together make the referral loop visible from the start: who referred whom, what stage each referee has reached, and what has been credited.
02 ·Custom input fields on a Spin the Wheel win
Admins can attach custom text fields to any Spin the Wheel reward. Each field has a name, an optional description, a placeholder, and a required flag. When a trader lands on a prize that has custom fields configured, those fields appear below the reward result and the button changes to Claim. A required field blocks the claim until it is filled.
Prizes that need a delivery detail can collect it at the moment of the win, inside the platform. No follow-up message and no manual step from the team, so the reward reaches the trader without a gap in the process.
03 ·Spin and spin-streak updates through the bulk-update API
The bulk-update API now accepts spin count, spin streak count, and streak count for Spin the Wheel. Each takes its own operator column (add, subtract, or overwrite) keyed to the wheel ID, and all three are separate columns in the same upload, so a single CSV pass can adjust them together.
The per-trader endpoint handles individual spin adjustments; the bulk path handles the wider case. Operators running a campaign or a trading competition can credit or adjust spin entitlements across a large trader list in one upload.
04 ·Per-user order history and mini game log endpoints
Two API endpoints are now available for per-user lookups keyed by email: one returns a trader's redemption transactions from Order History, the other returns their Mini Game Log. Both support pagination.
Customer success teams looking up a specific trader's store activity or game history can query by email and get a focused, paginated result. These two endpoints answer a narrow question, what one trader did, rather than feeding a full BI or CRM export.
05 ·Premium currency bulk update
A dedicated bulk-update endpoint now covers premium currency. Admins upload a CSV with an email column and a premium currency value, and an optional operator column controls whether the value is added to, subtracted from, or replaces the current balance. It runs as a separate flow from the existing bulk-update, which covers coins, XP, roles, badges, streaks, and custom fields.
Operators issuing premium currency for a promotion or trading event can update balances in bulk by CSV. The add, subtract, and overwrite pattern matches the rest of the bulk-update system.
Cleared remaining display and filtering issues in the Mini Games Log, covering filter reset on refresh, the game-name filter, tooltip text, the character counter, and CSV export columns.
