Milestone countdowns and admin export history

Milestone groups and stages can run time-limited countdown challenges with reward multipliers, and export history adds searched user lists and role changes.

01 ·Countdown challenges for milestone groups and stages

Milestone groups and individual stages can now have a countdown attached. Admins choose how it starts: on a scheduled date and time with a timezone, or when a set of conditions is met. For condition-triggered countdowns, the admin picks an operator (any or all) and selects which conditions from the milestone group start the clock when a trader meets them.

Each countdown has a duration (set in days, hours, and minutes) and a reward multiplier that applies to XP and coins. Roles and badges are awarded as usual, countdown or not. The multiplier and duration are configured independently at the group level and at each stage, so a broker can run a group-wide challenge at the same time as a per-stage sprint.

A pre-countdown tab appears on the milestone card before the timer starts, showing when the bonus window opens and what the multiplier is. Once the countdown is live, a timer on the card updates every second across all four units (days, hours, minutes, seconds) and the card shows the multiplied rewards in place of the standard ones. For group-level countdowns, a larger timer appears above the stage cards. Progressive milestones get a third trigger type at the stage level: the countdown can start the moment a stage unlocks, no date or condition needed. When the window closes, a modal tells the trader whether they completed the group in time and what they earned; traders who miss the window see rewards revert to standard.

Why it matters

A live timer and a multiplier on an active milestone give traders something time-bound to act on. The per-stage trigger for progressive milestones lets brokers stack short sprints inside a longer program without building separate milestone groups for each one.

02 ·Export history for searched user lists and role changes

The export histories page now covers two more download types: searched user lists and role changes. Admins who filter the user list before exporting, or who want a record of role assignment history, can download those results the same way they download the full user list.

Why it matters

Auditing trader permissions or tracking role assignments no longer means exporting everyone and trimming the result down afterwards. Both the role-change history and the filtered user list are downloadable directly.

03 ·Trustpilot reviews as a milestone condition

A milestone stage can now require leaving a Trustpilot review. After you connect the community's Trustpilot account in the condition settings, a Trustpilot review option joins the stage condition list, with condition text you can edit. On the trader's side the condition shows an Apply button that opens a short form and then the Trustpilot review page, and the button switches to Continue Review for a 24-hour window. Once the review comes through, the condition is marked complete; if the window passes first, the trader can re-apply and reopen the same review link.

Why it matters

Public reviews build trust with prospects, and a milestone is a natural place to ask for one. Traders see the request while they are already working through the milestone, so it reaches them at a moment they are engaged.
