Store management and the trader-facing store

A unified store management page covers configuration, the widget, and the catalogue; the trader store adds category filters, banners, and purchase history.

01 ·One page for all store configuration

Store configuration was spread across separate sections of the admin panel. This build brings it into a single Store Management page with three sections: Store Configuration for general settings, Store Widget Configuration for widget behaviour, and Store Product Management for building and maintaining the catalogue.

The product management section covers the full catalogue. Admins can create product categories, add products within them, and set view and purchase permissions per product using roles and tags. The page pulls roles and tags from the rest of the platform, so permission assignments stay in line with the rest of the community.

Why it matters

A store that takes several trips through the admin panel is slower to set up and slower to update. With configuration, the widget, and the catalogue in one place, an admin can run through setup in a single session and come back to edit any part of it directly.

02 ·The trader-facing store

Traders get a dedicated Store page in the client portal. Products sit under category filters so traders can browse by category, and the page includes a promotional banner area and a Purchase History section showing each trader the items they have redeemed. Each product card shows how many units are left and flips to an out-of-stock state when a product runs out. It also flags any per-trader purchase limit, so a trader knows when they have reached the cap on an item.

Why it matters

The store works as a reward mechanism only if traders can find and redeem items without friction. Category filters and banners give traders a way to see what is available, and purchase history shows them what they have spent their coins on, which keeps the earn-and-spend loop legible.
