Milestone submissions, with operator review

Members apply to complete a milestone with a message and files, operators approve or reject, and milestones gain viewing permissions and per-stage icons.

01 ·Members apply to complete a milestone

A milestone stage can now ask a member to submit something to complete it. An operator attaches completion conditions, including an optional file upload, and a member sees those conditions on their milestone view, applies with a message and any files, and then sees a clear approved or rejected status with the option to apply again.

Why it matters

Some of what a broker wants to celebrate happens off the platform. Letting a member submit proof, a screenshot, a document, a note, opens milestones up to those real-world achievements, with an operator reviewing and approving each one.

02 ·Review submissions from a management page

A new Milestone Management page in community settings gives operators one place to work through submissions. A broker can review each application, open the attached files, approve it, or reject it with a note back to the member.

03 ·Viewing permissions and per-stage icons for milestones

Milestone groups now take viewing permissions, so a broker can limit a milestone to specific roles, tags, or individual members. Each stage can also carry its own icon and colour, set apart from the group defaults.

04 ·A redesigned audit log

The audit log, now called the Security Audit Log, has been rebuilt. It shows entries newest first, adds per-column filters, a sortable actor column, and a search bar, and drops two legacy action types to keep the record clean.
