Log downloads, order archiving over the API, and widget spacing
Three more logs download as filtered CSVs, completed orders can be archived over the API, and custom widgets gain gaps, dividers and background images.
01 ·Filtered CSV downloads for three more logs
The API Log, the Misconduct Log and the Export Histories log each have a Download as CSV button. The file follows the filters and search applied to the table (and, in the API Log, its sort), holds records up to the moment it was requested and shows times in the requesting admin's time zone. The platform prepares it in the background, and the admin collects it from Export Histories.
The Callback Log moves onto the same controls as the other logs: a Status filter in its column header, a Fields picker, Refresh, a CSV download and one search bar that looks up a status, order ID, product ID or the client's custom identifier. The data a callback sent opens in a resizable side panel beside the table.
An admin checking a failed API call, a penalty or a store callback can narrow the log to the records in question and pass exactly those on as a file.
02 ·Archive a completed order through the API
Order archiving, added to Order History on 28 Sep, now has a server-to-server API call. It archives or restores a completed order, found by its public order ID, and takes a reason of up to 2,000 characters every time. The call uses a community API key with the purchase-history permission, and each change goes into the order's archive history with the key recorded as the actor.
Archived orders leave the client's purchase history in the store and stay visible to admins. Archiving changes no order status, fulfilment, refund or balance.
A broker that closes out reward orders in its own back office can archive them from that system, with the reason kept on the order.
03 ·Spacing, dividers and a background image for custom widgets
The Style tab for custom widgets now groups its settings into Widget Appearance, Main Widget Style, Section Style and Widget Loading State. Main Widget Style and Section Style each gain a gap setting: one spaces the widget's main blocks, the other the items inside its sections. A widget with a built-in divider, today the Milestones widget, also gets divider thickness and width.
Main Widget Style takes a background image as well, which covers the whole widget with the background colour kept underneath. Switching the image off keeps it for later. The new settings cover nine widget types, including XP & Currency, Store and Earning Overview, and show in the live preview as they change.
A broker's design team can set the spacing and backdrop of each widget so it matches the client portal around it, from the same tab that holds its colours and fonts.
The User Joins Server webhook also fires for clients created through the Create User API who join the community straight away.
8 OctUser List search asks which field to search by before it filters, and starts once two characters are typed.
8 OctThe platform serves app files from the edge cache, and looking up users by email through the integration API reads only the matching members, so it holds up in large communities.
