Community logs over the API, and search for webhook deliveries

Four community logs can be read or exported over the API, outgoing webhook deliveries gain search and date filters, and email templates export as HTML.

01 ·Four community logs, readable from your own systems

A new server-to-server API returns a community log as JSON pages or as a CSV file. It covers four logs: the Gamification Log, the Milestone Log, the API Log and the Mini Games Log, for Spin the Wheel or Quiz. The call uses a community API key with the new Get Community Logs permission, and a key reads only its own community's logs.

Each request names one log and a start and end date in UTC, and results come newest first, up to 500 records a page. Filters cover the action, location, user ID, email and the community's own identifier, each taking up to 100 values. The Milestone Log adds filters for milestone, action type, reward and time of day.

A CSV uses the same columns as the log's export in the admin panel. Up to 10,000 rows and 10 MiB come back straight away as a download link. A larger export runs in the background and appears in Export Histories when it is ready, with one export per log running at a time.

Why it matters

A broker's data team can pull loyalty activity into its own CRM or BI reporting on its own schedule. Nobody has to open each log in the admin panel and download it.

02 ·Search and date filters for outgoing webhook deliveries

On the Webhooks page, Recent Deliveries for an outgoing webhook has a search box and a date range. Search matches text anywhere in the request body that was sent, or an exact delivery ID, regardless of case. The range takes a start date, an end date or both, and counts whole days in the local time zone of the person viewing it, the same clock the delivery times use.

Apply and Clear set the filters, which hold while more deliveries load and reset on switching to another webhook. The controls match the ones on Incoming Webhook History.

Why it matters

When a receiving system reports a missing event, an admin can search for a value from it, such as a user ID, and see exactly what was sent and when.

03 ·Export a custom email template as HTML

The custom email template editor has an Export HTML button beside Save Template. It downloads the saved template as an .html file named after the template, with its design, text, links, personalisation placeholders and image links intact. With unsaved edits, the editor asks for a save first. Community admins and owners can export, and exporting sends no email.

Why it matters

An admin can take a design built in the email template editor out of the admin panel as a file, with its placeholders and image links in place.
