Store Settings gets its own redemption methods

Store Settings has its own Redemption Methods section. Categories and products that follow the store use its methods and pick up every later edit.

Store Settings has a Redemption Methods section of its own, built in the same editor categories use, and categories and products set to follow the store take their methods from it. Following is live: a change to a store method, or to its fields, conditions or permissions, reaches every category and product that follows it, including a product whose category follows the store. Product Fields declared on a store method reach those products the same way.

The store level can stay empty. Every store starts with no store-level methods and copies nothing up from existing categories, so a category or product that follows an empty store shows no redemption methods in its settings. Deleting a store method warns that every category and product following it is affected.
