Milestone completion webhooks and activity notifications in the Channel Groups widget

Named webhook triggers for milestone completions that plug into workflows, plus an activity bell for replies, mentions, and DMs in the Channel Groups widget.

01 ·Webhooks for milestone completions, wired into workflows

Milestone settings gained a Trigger Webhook section where you define named triggers that fire when a milestone completes. Each trigger is scoped to one milestone group, and you pick any mix of the whole group and its individual stages, so a trigger can fire when a single stage is reached, when the full group is finished, or both. The webhook that fires carries the milestone that completed, the reward granted, and the trader who earned it.

Those named triggers also show up inside Custom Workflow as starting events. In a workflow's trigger action you choose a milestone group, then one of the trigger events you set up on it, and the workflow runs whenever that milestone completes. This is the milestone counterpart to the outgoing webhooks already on contests and rewards, now configurable per group and per stage.

Why it matters

Firing a webhook the moment a trader finishes an onboarding path or reaches a VIP tier step lets a broker connect that completion to the next move, such as a CRM update or a workflow that grants the follow-on reward, so the loyalty ladder carries a trader forward without a manual check.

02 ·Activity notifications inside the Channel Groups widget

The Channel Groups widget gained an activity bell in its top corner. It gathers the replies, mentions, reactions, and direct messages across every channel in that widget's group into one place, and shows a dot when something is unread. Clicking the bell opens the full activity view over the widget, with the feed on one side and the channel and message on the other, tabs to narrow it to replies, mentions, reactions, or DMs, and a toggle for unread only. Clicking an item opens that channel and jumps to the message it points at. Everything the bell shows stays limited to the channels in that group.

Why it matters

A trader reading a broker's community through an embedded widget can see that someone replied to them or mentioned them without leaving the page, which is the kind of prompt that pulls them back into the conversation.

Improvement

The Streaks settings condition editor is tidier: a single Show user-facing condition toggle when only one condition is set, a centered delete control, and a layout without a stray inner scrollbar.

Custom widgets now load as smaller separate bundles across mini games, streaks, referrals, store, socials, leaderboards, channel groups, and the currency views, so an embedded widget pulls in only the code it needs.

Bulk member updates now recognize a repeated request, so retrying one does not run the same change a second time.
