Identify store traders by a numerical field of yours
The store can identify traders by one of your own numerical fields, plus a redemption eligibility check that calls your own systems, and a widget fix.
01 ·Match store traders by your own identifier
The store can now look up a trader using one of your own numerical custom fields as the identifier. You choose which custom field to use, and the store uses that value to find and match the trader at redemption.
For brokers who track clients by an internal account number, CRM reference, or any other numerical ID already in the platform, the store now matches how your records work. Traders authenticate and shop against the same identifier your team uses, so there is no translation step and no reconciliation work afterwards.
If you already track clients by your own account number, the store can match on that field directly, so there is no mapping layer to maintain between platform IDs and your references. One fewer place for the two ID systems to drift out of sync, and one fewer thing for your team to reconcile by hand.
02 ·Check redemption eligibility against your own systems
A redemption method can now run a check that calls your own service the moment a trader picks that method. The response runs through a code block that decides whether the trader can proceed, returns a pass or fail with an optional message, and can fill in a live value such as an account number pulled from your own systems.
You can gate a redemption on a live check against your own records before the purchase clears, so an ineligible request is blocked the moment the trader picks the method, before fulfilment starts. That keeps your team off the work of unwinding redemptions that should never have gone through.
Widgets in development mode now connect over the correct protocol on localhost.
