Milestone Log and platform icon refresh
Admins can now audit every milestone event per trader, with a category-based search bar. A refreshed icon set now covers all user-facing areas.
01 ·Milestone Log: a full audit trail for every milestone event
A new Milestone Log is in the Logs section of the admin panel, directly below the Gamification Log. When you open it the table starts empty; click Show All Logs to load every recorded event, sorted most-recent first. The log has six action types: Condition Completed, Condition Revoked, Stage Completed, Stage Revoked, Group Completed, and Group Revoked. Each row shows the trader's email, the milestone name, the action type, the specific condition that triggered it, any rewards awarded, and the date and time.
The Rewards column shows what each milestone event awarded. Multiplied coins and XP show the original value next to the final value so you can see the exact effect of any active multiplier. When a stage awards many rewards, the column shows up to two lines and adds an overflow tag you can hover to see the rest. When a stage is revoked, any badges or roles that were awarded appear at reduced opacity with a strikethrough, so it is immediately clear what was taken back.
When a trader asks about a milestone reward, the answer is in one filterable record: which condition fired, what was awarded, and how any active multiplier affected it. Your team settles the query from the log in front of them and gives the trader a straight answer about what they earned.
02 ·Category-based search across the log
A search bar in the top-left of the Milestone Log lets you narrow results by any combination of: Email, Milestone, Action, Action Details, Rewards, Date, and Time. Clicking the bar opens a category picker; selecting a category adds an inline filter tag where you type your value. You can enter several comma-separated values in one tag to match any of them, or open the bar again to add a second category. All active categories must match at once, so stacking Email with Action gives you only events for that trader of that action type. A filter count badge tracks how many tags are live, and Clear All removes them in one click.
When a trader contacts support about a milestone reward, you stack a couple of filters and land on the exact rows in seconds, so the answer comes back fast even as the log fills with thousands of events.
03 ·Platform-wide icon refresh
Icons across the client portal now use a cleaner, consistent set. The refresh covered the top and side navigation bars and then every user-facing feature area, with Quests, Games, and Socials updated first. Each icon keeps its original size and matches the same name and style as before, so the layout and visual weight of every page stay consistent.
One icon style across every section keeps the portal looking like a single, finished product as you add features, so a trader moving between Quests, Games, and Socials never hits a screen that feels bolted on.
Access to the Milestone Log is now controlled by role permissions in the admin panel, so you can limit which staff roles can view milestone activity.
