Per-community API rate limits

Each community portal now has its own configurable API rate limit, so heavy automated traffic on one portal cannot slow another.

01 ·Per-community API rate limits

Each community portal can now have its own API rate limit, set from the super-admin panel. You configure a time window and a maximum number of requests per window. Portals without a configured limit are unthrottled, so the setting is opt-in rather than applied globally. Limits hold consistently across multiple instances of the integration service, so the threshold behaves the same regardless of how traffic is distributed.

Why it matters

When one portal runs heavy automated API traffic, its request volume no longer competes with other portals on the platform. Each portal operates within its own limit, so a spike on one does not degrade API response times for the rest.
