Milestone role-change webhook and richer order history
Milestones now fire a webhook when a trader's role changes, and the order-history API returns trader profile data alongside each order.
01 ·Webhook for milestone-driven role changes
When a milestone awards or removes a role from a trader, Returning.AI now fires an outgoing webhook for the Role Changes event. The webhook batches multiple role changes into a single call, so a bulk milestone run that touches many traders sends one grouped notification rather than a separate request per trader.
An integration listening for this event can react the moment a trader's standing in the program shifts: update a CRM segment, trigger a welcome message for a new tier, or gate access in an external platform. VIP tier progressions driven by milestones now have a reliable signal to act on immediately.
02 ·Trader profile data in the order-history API
The get-all-order-history API now returns a userData object on each order record, containing the trader's email address, display name, and their current roles. Previously the response carried only a user identifier.
Operations and data teams can now pull a full picture of who redeemed what without a second lookup. A BI export or CRM sync built on the order-history feed gets trader context in the same call.
Real-time message delivery in DM channels now reliably shows new messages and unread indicators without a page refresh.
