Store order status API

New store-status API endpoints let integration partners read and create order statuses, with coin-refund control on status changes.

01 ·Manage store order statuses via API

Three additions to the store API give integration and back-office partners full control over redemption order statuses. A GET endpoint returns all configured statuses, with their IDs, grouped by category, so a partner's system can stay in sync with whatever status labels the broker has set up. A POST endpoint creates a new status by name and category and returns its ID. The existing update endpoint gains a new option: when changing an order's status, the caller can choose whether to refund the item's coin cost to the trader or leave the balance unchanged.

Why it matters

Brokers that process store orders inside their own back-office tools can now drive the full status lifecycle from their side, without opening the Returning.AI admin panel for each update. The coin-refund option means a cancelled or rejected order can automatically reverse the cost, keeping the trader's balance in line with the order outcome without a manual correction step.
