Outgoing webhook for milestone submissions and a queue cancel control
A milestone submission now fires an outgoing webhook with the full submission details, and admins can cancel a bulk update or import while it is queued.
01 ·Webhook trigger for milestone submissions
A new outgoing webhook event fires whenever a trader submits a milestone. It appears in the outgoing webhook list as Milestone Submission and covers every submission in the community, with no per-milestone setup. The webhook carries what the milestone management settings show for that submission: the milestone stage name and its completion criteria, the trader's profile, the custom condition the submission satisfies (for example, Leave Trustpilot Review), the trader's message and any attachments, the timestamp, and the community details.
Milestone submissions often need a response outside the platform: a manual review step, a CRM update, or a fulfilment action. The webhook gives an external system the full context the moment a trader submits, so the follow-up does not depend on polling or checking the Milestone Log manually.
02 ·Cancel a queued bulk update or import
When a bulk update or bulk import sits in the queue, a Cancel button appears next to that operation in the API logs table. Cancellation is available while the operation has queued status. The table updates in place after the cancel, with no page reload, and the row shows a Cancelled status badge. The admin who cancelled it is recorded.
If a bulk operation was started with the wrong file, or needs to be pulled back before it runs, the cancel control stops it at the queue stage so the correction can start right away instead of waiting for the job to finish.
Mobile popup modals on the client portal now follow consistent padding, font sizes, and button sizes across the app.
