Create custom reward types for milestones, each with a name and icon, and place them alongside the standard rewards traders earn.

Milestone settings now let a broker create reward types of their own, beyond the ones built in. Each custom reward has a name and an optional icon and can be turned on or off on its own. Once a reward type is on, it sits alongside the standard rewards across milestone groups and condition stages, can be dragged into the order a broker wants, and shows to traders on the milestone view. A management panel handles adding, editing, and deleting a reward type, with a confirmation step before anything is removed.
