A refreshed member list
The member list page gets a visual refresh and steadier filtering: one dropdown open at a time, and Done applies every active filter.

The member list page has been brought in line with the rest of the admin settings. The page header and description match the layout used elsewhere, with the CSV export control moved to suit, and the segment switcher is redrawn with clearer hover and selected states and an expand and collapse marker. Columns now line up with their headers, tooltips sit where they should, and icon sizes and styles are brought in line.
Filtering is steadier too. Only one filter dropdown opens at a time, the dropdowns open in the same place each time, and the Done button now applies every active filter rather than only the first.
The member list is where a broker does the daily work of finding and acting on traders. Filters that apply in full and a layout that matches the rest of the admin make that work quicker and less error-prone.
When the Users section is turned off for a server, the Channels button tied to it is now hidden too.
