A clearer milestone application popup
The milestone application popup now opens with instructions in view, shortens long conditions with a read-more, and turns links into clickable links.

The popup a trader uses to apply for a milestone now opens with the instructions already expanded, so the requirements are in view without an extra click. Long condition text shortens to two lines with a read-more, and any link written into a condition or description shows as a clickable link.
A trader who can read what a milestone asks for, right where they apply, is a trader more likely to finish it. Keeping the instructions in view takes friction out of the step that decides whether they bother.
The streak log no longer shows an error when a filter returns no results, and streak names now sort alphabetically.
