Search by display name, and email traders before coins expire
The member list search now matches display names, and a new email category warns traders before their coins expire.
01 ·Find a trader by their display name
The member list search now matches on display name, not only username. The placeholder text reflects the change, and a display-name search behaves the same way as the existing name search. A broker who knows a trader by the name shown in the portal can find them without needing their exact username.
02 ·Warn traders before their coins expire
A new Currency Expiry category in the email templates lets a broker send a heads-up before coins expire. It comes with a default template, and a broker can set up more than one notice, each tied to its own lead time and template, for example one a few months out and another a few days before. The template editor offers placeholders for the amount of coins expiring and the expiry date, and a notice cannot be set longer than the expiry cycle it belongs to.
Coins a trader forgets to spend do nothing for the earn-and-spend loop. A reminder before they expire gives a trader a reason to come back and redeem, which is the moment a broker wants them in the store.
Registration now enforces required fields: a trader cannot submit without a phone number and country when those are marked required.
