A Mini Games hub, per-stage milestone emails, and a tiers API
Manage games from a new Mini Games hub, send milestone emails per stage, and read your tier and level structure through the API.
01 ·A hub for managing games
A Mini Games page joins the settings panel under Gamification. From one place a broker can create a game, preview it, turn it on or off, and edit, duplicate, or delete it. Spin the Wheel is the first game type, and the page is built to hold more as they arrive.
Games are part of the earn-and-spend loop, and a broker running several needs somewhere to manage them together. A single hub keeps every game in one view rather than scattered across settings.
02 ·Notify on a single milestone stage
Milestone completion emails can now be set per stage, not only for a whole group. A broker can send an email when a specific stage is reached, completions landing within a short window are batched into one email, and an email lists up to five milestones with groups shown ahead of stages.
The moment a trader clears a meaningful stage is a good moment to reach them. Stage-level emails let a broker mark that step rather than waiting for the whole milestone to finish.
03 ·Read your tiers through the API
A new API endpoint returns a community's full tier and level structure, including the XP needed at each level, secured by an API key permission. A broker's own tools and integrations can read the progression setup without going through the admin dashboard.
A broker syncing loyalty data into a CRM or BI tool needs the tier structure in a form their systems can read. An endpoint for it means the progression model can feed reporting and downstream tooling directly.
Social connections now keep themselves authorised: the platform renews a connection's access before it lapses, so Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn integrations no longer drop silently and need reconnecting.
15 OctThe member list loads faster on large communities, with fewer calls to fetch segment counts and online totals.
15 OctCustom field names containing underscores now render correctly in the bulk-update template, and the preview no longer shows blank cells for them.
