Trigger a workflow when members meet your conditions

Custom workflows can now start from a Conditions trigger, firing only for members who match the criteria you set and passing their details into the steps.

01 ·Start a workflow from a Conditions trigger

Custom workflows gain a Conditions trigger. A broker sets the member criteria that should start the workflow, the same way a milestone matches conditions, and the workflow runs only for members who meet them. The trigger passes the matched member's details, their ID, email, and the values that matched, into the steps that follow, so the rest of the workflow can act on them.

Why it matters

A workflow is most useful when it fires for the right people on its own. A Conditions trigger lets a broker target a segment, traders at a certain tier, or those who hit a threshold, and run an automation against exactly that group without starting it manually.
