Read recent community messages through the API

A new endpoint returns a community's recent chat messages, filtered by count, member, or channel, for a broker's own tools to read.

01 ·An API to read recent messages

A new endpoint returns the most recent messages from a community. A broker can ask for a set number (up to 100, defaulting to 50) and narrow the results to a single member or a single channel. Each message comes back with its text, who sent it, the channel it was in, and when it was posted, so a broker's own tools can read community activity rather than only the platform showing it.

Why it matters

A broker building their own reporting or monitoring around the community needs the data in a form their systems can pull. A read endpoint for messages lets that activity feed into whatever a broker already runs, instead of staying locked to the platform's own views.

Several channel widget display issues are resolved: the call-to-action button is centred in the chat input, the chart symbol selector is locked against accidental changes, the top navigation bar is removed from the chat, chart-chat, and trade-idea widgets, and a duplicate chart panel in the trade-idea widget is corrected.
