Let guests read forum topics before they join

A community running in guest mode can now let a visitor read a forum topic, not just its title. A broker turns on a setting so that opening a topic shows the full discussion, where before the click brought up the registration popup. The popup still guards the actions that need an account, so a guest reads but does not post.
The forum is often the first place a prospective trader sees what a community talks about. Letting them read a topic before they join gives a broker a way to show that value at the front door, which feeds the sign-up step rather than blocking it.
Custom emojis no longer appear greyed out in the reaction panel for some members.
