CRM field changes drive referral and milestone conditions, plus emails in Order History
A milestone or referral condition set on a CRM-synced field now follows changes in the CRM, and Order History gains a member email column and a CSV export.
01 ·Let CRM field changes settle referral and milestone conditions
A broker can build a milestone or a referral condition on a custom field that comes from a connected CRM. Those conditions read directly from a change to the CRM field, so when a value updates on the broker's side the condition settles against it and any role or reward tied to the milestone follows.
A broker whose record of a trader lives in their CRM, a funded account, a deposit tier, a KYC flag, wants the loyalty community to act on that record as it moves. Settling a milestone or referral condition from the CRM change itself ties the rewards a trader earns to what the broker already tracks about them, acting on that record as it moves.
02 ·Read and export buyer emails in Order History
Order History gained an email column drawn from the buyer's record in the user list, so a broker reads who placed each store order without opening it. A download sits below the list and exports the orders to a CSV, laid out the same way the user-list export works.
A broker reconciling store orders against their own books wants the buyer alongside the order and a file they can take elsewhere. Putting the email in the table and a CSV a click away lets a broker match redemptions to clients and hand the records to whatever system they account in.
