Put a custom leaderboard on any site with an embed code, and map member fields to a connected CRM from a rebuilt integration page.
01 ·Put a custom leaderboard on an outside website
A custom leaderboard can now sit on a website outside the community. A broker copies an embed code for one leaderboard and drops it onto a page, the way the channel widget already works. The embed carries a single leaderboard, so a viewer cannot switch between boards, and a broker restricts the domains it is allowed to load on, sets the colour theme to match the host site, and sets the text and link for a call-to-action button in the top corner.
A broker running a standings race wants it seen where traders already are, on the main marketing site or a campaign page, not only inside the community. Embedding one board with a chosen call-to-action turns a public leaderboard into competitive proof that points visitors back toward signing up.
02 ·Map member fields to a connected CRM
The integration page was rebuilt around managing a connected CRM. Integrations sit under All, Active, and Inactive tabs, a connected one switches from Connect to Manage, and a CRM gains a Configure button that opens its own setup page. There a broker maps fields to the CRM: default member fields and custom fields each list with the field they point to, a dropdown sets or clears the mapping, and an override option decides whether the CRM value fills the member record. A broker can also add, edit, or delete a custom field from this page.
A broker that already keeps client records in a CRM wants the loyalty community to read from and write to the same fields, not a parallel copy. Mapping each field to its CRM counterpart, and choosing which side overrides, keeps the member record in step with the system a broker runs their desk on.
Custom leaderboard settings moved into the community settings area, alongside the rest of a community's configuration.
