Import an existing client base, and see how each member joined
Bring an existing client list into the community from a CSV, and read in the member list how each member joined.
01 ·Import an existing client list from a CSV
A broker that already holds a client list can bring those clients into the community without asking them to register again. Import Users sits under user management. A broker downloads a CSV template built from the fields in their user list, including any custom fields they have added, fills it in, and uploads it. Before anything is created the upload is checked: a clean file shows a preview that matches the user list layout, and a file with problems lists only the rows in error, marks how many errors each has, and downloads as an error report to fix and re-upload. On import a broker assigns the roles and a tag to the set, and can edit the welcome email that goes out. Each imported member receives that email with their sign-in details and a link to finish setting up their account, and must agree to the community's disclaimers, privacy policy, and terms before they finish.
A broker moving thousands of existing clients into a loyalty community does not want them to feel they are signing up for a second platform. Importing the list a broker already holds, with the roles and tags set in the same step, turns a fresh community into one a known client base lands in ready to earn.
02 ·See how each member joined in the user list
The user list gains a Referred By column, placed after join time. For a member who came in through someone's personal invite link it shows that member's username, for a member who came through a custom invite link it shows the name of that link, and for a member who signed in on their own it shows a dash.
A broker running invite links wants to read where members are coming from in the list itself. Showing the source per member, the person who invited them or the named link they used, lets a broker see which referral routes and which custom links are bringing people in.
03 ·Create a store account during checkout
A new buyer in the store can now set up their account as part of checkout. When the email entered is not tied to an existing store account, an extra step asks the buyer to set up their sign-in, held to the same rules used for account security elsewhere, and their first and last name carry through to the billing details on the next screen.
A buyer reaching checkout for the first time should not have to break off and register before they can pay. Folding account creation into the checkout keeps a first store purchase in one flow.
